Pac-West's Facilities-Based Dial Tone (FBDT) Service

Pac-West's Facilities-Based Dial Tone (FBDT) service is an integrated communications solution provided on a monthly subscription basis. For a monthly fee, Pac-West consolidates your local, long distance, data, and Internet services onto a single digital circuit (T1), which simplifies your communications. FBDT supports T1 compatible telephone equipment, such as PBXs.

Pac-West's Integrated Access (IAS) Service

If your business currently utilizes a key system, Centrex service, or other analog telephone service, Pac-West's Integrated Access Service (IAS) can help you lower your telecommunications costs by consolidating your local, long distance, and Internet services onto a high-speed digital connection (T1). IAS is available over a channelized T1, so you only pay for the number of channels you need. No upgrades, changes, or modifications are required to your current telephone system.

Pac-West's Data Advantage

Pac-West’s Data Advantage service enables you to connect your business locations through a secure frame relay network so you can transfer information quickly and securely. In addition to data transport, you can choose to add high speed Internet access, which can dramatically improve your productivity and give your business a competitive advantage. There are four Data Advantage service options to choose from. You may choose data transport or Internet access as stand-alone services, or these services can be integrated and delivered over the same T1 circuit.
